Wellbeing fitness Programme – Register Interest
The Wellbeing Fitness Programme is a structured 6-week programme for young people, combining physical activity, confidence building and positive wellbeing support.
Sessions include HIIT and boxing-style activities suitable for different ability levels, alongside wellbeing discussion and support in a safe group environment.
Programme options:
- May 6-Week Cohort: Saturdays, 23 May – 27 June 2026, 10:00am–11:30am
- Summer 6-Week Cohort – Sweat by the Sea: 20 July – 24 August 2026, Clacton Beach, 10:00am–11:30am. Final weekday to be confirmed.
Places are limited: Maximum 16 participants per cohort.
What Each Session Includes
- 10-minute warm-up
- 60-minute HIIT and boxing-style workout
- 20-minute cool down and wellbeing discussion
- Refreshments provided
- Supportive small group environment
