UTurn Weekly Activity Booking

Use this page to book and pay for UTurn weekly activities, clubs and sessions where payment is required.

Please complete the booking form carefully so we know which young person is attending, which activity they are booking onto and how to contact you if needed.

Before You Book

Please check the activity details before completing this form, including the day, time, age range, cost and any important information.

Complete one booking for each young person attending.
Please make sure the correct activity/session is selected.
Payment may be required at the time of booking.
If the young person is new to UTurn, please also complete the Young Person Registration Form.
If their details have changed, please submit an updated registration form before they attend.

What Happens After Booking?

UTurn will receive your booking form.
If payment is required, your place is usually confirmed once payment has been completed.
Staff may contact you if anything needs checking or if further information is needed.
Please make sure the young person’s registration details are up to date before they attend.
If a session is full, unavailable or there is a problem with the booking, UTurn will contact you.
