Summer Holiday Club – Booking Form

Our Summer Holiday Club provides a safe, structured and engaging environment for young people aged
9+ during the summer holidays, with positive activities, social time, planned trips
or special activities, and opportunities to build confidence and friendships.

Sessions run from 9:00am–3:00pm.

Summer Holiday Club Dates

Our Summer Holiday Club is planned around the Essex County Council school summer holiday period.

Week 1: Tuesday 21 July, Wednesday 22 July and Friday 24 July 2026
Week 2: Monday 27 July, Tuesday 28 July, Wednesday 29 July and Friday 31 July 2026
Week 3: Monday 3 August, Tuesday 4 August, Wednesday 5 August and Friday 7 August 2026
Week 4: Monday 10 August, Tuesday 11 August, Wednesday 12 August and Friday 14 August 2026
Week 5: Monday 17 August, Tuesday 18 August, Wednesday 19 August and Friday 21 August 2026
Week 6: Monday 24 August, Tuesday 25 August, Wednesday 26 August and Friday 28 August 2026

Please note: There are no Thursday sessions. Monday 31 August 2026 is the Summer Bank Holiday,
so no session will run on that date.

Booking Options

Individual sessions: £20.00 per day
Full Summer Booking: £400.00 for all 23 sessions

Full Summer Booking – all 23 sessions – £400.00

This books all Summer Holiday Club sessions from Tuesday 21 July to Friday 28 August 2026. Sessions run from 9:00am–3:00pm. There are no Thursday sessions. Monday 31 August is the Summer Bank Holiday, so no session will run on that date.

Lunch Options

Snacks and drinks are provided. UTurn lunch can be requested if needed.

UTurn provides snacks and drinks during each session.

For full-day sessions, please send a packed lunch unless you choose to request a UTurn lunch.

UTurn lunch is charged separately at £3.00 per day and must be requested in advance.
