The programme is designed to enable a cohort of young people who have been identified by UTurn and secondary school staff as at risk of permanent exclusion from full-time education and who are vulnerable to county lines activity and/or serious violence, and are at risk of harm, to engage with officers from the Operational Policing Command and the Essex Police Cadets.
