Wellbeing Fitness Programme
Our Wellbeing Fitness Programme is designed to support young people through physical activity, confidence building and positive wellbeing discussions in a safe and supportive group environment.
Each session combines movement, fitness and emotional wellbeing support to help participants improve confidence, resilience and overall wellbeing.
Sessions include HIIT and boxing-style activities suitable for all ability levels.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance.

SUMMER 6-WEEK COHORT
Sweat by the Sea
Our summer cohort will take place outdoors at Clacton Beach, creating a fun and engaging fitness experience during the summer holidays.
✔ 20th July – 24th August 2026
✔ Clacton Beach
✔ One weekday each week (final day to be confirmed)
✔ 10:00am – 11:30am
✔ Maximum 16 participants
This outdoor programme allows participants to take part in fitness and wellbeing activities in a relaxed beach setting, with opportunities for wider community engagement.
What Each Session Includes
Each 90-minute session includes:
✔ 10-minute warm-up
✔ 60-minute HIIT & boxing-style workout
✔ 20-minute cool down and wellbeing discussion
✔ Refreshments provided
Sessions are designed to improve physical health, emotional wellbeing and confidence in a supportive group setting.
Who Can Attend?
This programme is suitable for young people looking to improve wellbeing, confidence and fitness through positive group activities.
Places are limited to ensure personalised support and engagement.
Maximum 16 participants per cohort.

Feedback surveys and case studies will be completed throughout the programme to help monitor wellbeing progress and programme impact.
