Description
Health in a Hurry is a calm, friendly programme designed to help young people feel more confident and comfortable around food. Sessions focus on learning and confidence, not dieting or restriction, and young people are never forced to eat or try foods.
What’s Included:
• Simple healthy eating activities
• No-cook food preparation (cold prep only)
• Practical life skills and food confidence
• Supervised sessions led by UTurn staff

Monthly booking secures a place for that young person for all weekly club sessions taking place within that calendar month.
