Young Person Registration
Every young person attending UTurn Holiday Club must have a current UTurn Young Person Registration Form.
The registration provides us with important contact, medical, allergy, support and collection information so that we can support your young person safely.
If your young person is already registered, you do not normally need to complete another form unless their information has changed or UTurn asks you to update it.
