Funded Holiday Club Places

UTurn may offer funded Holiday Club places during selected school holidays.

Availability and eligibility can vary depending on the funding available. When applications are open, the current criteria and available dates will be shown in the form below.

HOW IT WORKS

Requesting a Funded Place

1. Check Eligibility

Read the current eligibility information shown in the application form.

2. Request Dates

Choose the funded Holiday Club dates you would like to request.

3. Wait for Confirmation

The UTurn team will confirm whether a funded place has been allocated.

Funded places can be limited. Once your request has been reviewed, the UTurn team will contact you to confirm which dates, if any, have been allocated.

CONFIRMED 2026 DATES

Funded-Place Requests Are Open

October: Monday 26, Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 and Friday 30 October 2026.

December: Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 December 2026.

Funded sessions run from 10:00am–3:00pm. Select the dates you would like UTurn to consider.

This form is for families whose young person is eligible for Free School Meals or whose household is on a low income.

Funded sessions run from 10:00am–3:00pm on the dates listed below.

BEFORE ATTENDING

Young Person Registration

A funded Holiday Club request and a UTurn Young Person Registration are two different things.

If a place is confirmed, the young person must have an up-to-date registration form before attending.
