Safeguarding & Safer Recruitment
Safeguarding is central to UTurn and everyone involved in our work is expected to help create a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
Staff and volunteers receive appropriate induction, guidance and training for their role. Safer-recruitment procedures may include references, safeguarding checks and enhanced DBS checks where required.
